In recognition of their outstanding achievements, Hayleys Plantations emerged as one of the biggest winners at this year’s Social Dialogue and Workplace Cooperation Awards, organized by the Department of Labour at the Sri Lanka Foundation Institute by securing highest number of prestigious awards.
Hayleys Plantations consistently worked to achieve performance excellence across all aspects of their plantation business and taking great pride in this immense recognition, the Managing Director of Hayleys Plantations, Mr Roshan Rajadurai said, “It is a great honour to have our efforts recognized at such an esteemed event which attracts and assesses so many of our distinguished peers from within the industry. Despite the challenges confronting the plantation industry in Sri Lanka, awards such as these help highlight the progressive approach being adopted by Hayleys Plantations.”
