Singer Finance Goes for Rs. 2 b Debenture Issue

Singer Finance (Lanka) PLC has announced plans to raise Rs. 2 billion via listed debenture issue. Its Board has resolved to issue up to 20 million listed, rated, unsecured, subordinated, redeemable debentures of Rs. 100 each. The move is subject to regulatory approval. Source
